At Josias Auto Service, every repair follows a straightforward process built on transparency and honest communication. With over 20 years of experience, we’ve refined our workflow to minimize downtime for you and ensure that every piece of equipment we touch leaves our shop in better shape than it arrived.

Intake & Diagnosis

When you bring in your equipment — whether it’s a Leister roofing robot, a fleet truck, or a small engine — we start with a thorough intake inspection. We review any symptoms you’ve described and examine the equipment ourselves to identify the root cause of the issue. We don’t guess and we don’t patch over problems. Our goal is to understand exactly what’s wrong before we recommend any repair, so you’re not paying for work that doesn’t solve the actual problem.

Repair Estimate

Once we’ve completed our diagnosis, we provide you with a clear, upfront estimate that outlines the work required and the associated cost. We explain what we found, why the repair is needed, and what it will involve. We don’t start any work until you’ve reviewed the estimate and given us your approval. If you have questions about the quote, we’re happy to walk through it with you.

Repair & Quality Check

After you approve the estimate, our technicians get to work using the right tools and parts for the job. We take pride in doing repairs correctly the first time — cutting corners isn’t something we do. Once the repair is complete, every piece of equipment goes through a post-repair quality check before it’s cleared for pickup. We test the equipment under realistic conditions to confirm the issue has been fully resolved and that everything is functioning as it should.

Turnaround Time

Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the repair and parts availability. Routine maintenance and minor repairs are typically completed quickly — often same-day or next-day. More complex repairs, such as diagnosing and rebuilding specialized roofing equipment or addressing major mechanical issues in fleet trucks, may take longer. We’ll give you an estimated completion timeline when we provide your quote and keep you informed throughout the process.
We’ll keep you updated throughout the repair process. If anything unexpected arises — such as discovering additional damage during the repair — we’ll contact you before proceeding so you can make an informed decision.

Pickup & Payment

When your equipment is ready, we’ll reach out to let you know. You’re welcome to come by our shop at 9316 North State Highway 123, Seguin, TX to pick up your equipment. Payment is due at the time of pickup. For questions about accepted payment methods, please ask when you call — we’re happy to discuss what works best for you.
